What and how can I order?
You can order either through the websites or directly in-store.
If you would like to order our items in JPY from within Japan, please visit our Japanese page, Watayamori (our Japanese store name).
Please note that prices listed on Watayamori are only for the customers at the real store and for delivery to addresses in Japan.
We also have a store on Etsy, where you can order domestically and internationally, in USD.
However, online payments and international shipping are not eligible for tax exemption. Please be aware of this if you want to tax refund.
How long does it take to complete a futon?
Whether you order from those store websites or directly at the store, we will produce your futon at our company in Tokyo after receiving your order.
It usually takes about one week to produce futons, and two or three weeks during busy times such as the change of seasons. Please keep that in mind if you are thinking of ordering when traveling in Japan.
We can also ship your order directly to your country by EMS. If you want to bring futons home and your stay in Japan is short, you may want to order them from the website ahead of time and pick them up at the store. However, online payments and international shipping are not eligible for tax exemption. Please be aware of this if you want to tax refund.
