Hotel Delivery
We can deliver your purchase directly to your hotel within Japan. Please speak with our staff to arrange timing and cost.
Airport Area Pickup
If you’d prefer not to carry your purchase during your travels, we offer delivery to an airport-area pickup point for collection before your departure. Please contact us in advance to arrange this service.
Residential Address
We can arrange delivery to a residential address within Japan. Please ask our staff for details on cost and delivery timing.
International Shipping (e.g. EMS)
For customers who prefer to have their purchase shipped directly to their home country, we offer international shipping via services such as EMS. Please note that shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination.
Packing
All items are carefully packed to ensure safe delivery, whether shipped domestically or internationally. [Add any specific packing details — vacuum-sealed, box type, etc., if applicable.]
For Residents in Japan
Delivery is available to your home address as a separate shipment. Please contact us for arrangement details.
Delivery to U.S. Military Bases
Delivery to U.S. military bases should be arranged as a pickup at the shipping carrier’s local office, rather than direct delivery to the base.
Futon Remaking Service
We also offer a futon remaking service, available for an additional fee. Please contact us for more details.
Please Note: Tax-Free Eligibility
Tax-free (duty-free) pricing applies only to items taken out of Japan by the traveler themselves — either hand-carried or through in-store or airport-area pickup. Items shipped internationally, including via EMS, do not qualify for the tax exemption, and consumption tax will apply.
